I would like to thank Ian and the team for their supportive approach to my balcony project. It was complicated because it involved other companies remodelling the balcony and so the Fitters had to drive down to Sussex on several occasions to be able to complete the work- which now looks stunning.

I approached the company to install a ballustrade for a commercial first floor terrace area – and needed them in a hurry. Dave called me that night to confirm that they could help. The surveyor came out the following week and a few days later the fitters came to install they system. Due to our last minute request, we had to wait a week or so for all the glass, but that was fitted the next day after it arrived with them. I couldn’t be more impressed – excellent service by everyone involved and what a great system – everybody loves it Thanks guys

I called in on the off chance for some advice for our balcony glass , Ian and the team pulled out all the stops, and that very morning, the survey was done, and the design was emailed to me . After a short wait for the large glass panel, it was installed in no time at all, and in a very professional manner , they came along with all lifting equipment and the job was completed. The Glass Balustrade Company supplied the curved glass panels for the balustrade around my spiral staircase. It was the part of my renovation that I most dreaded for both cost and complexity, but it went like a dream. From my first enquiry through to final installation everyone was pleasant and helpful and ‘can do’. Their price was competitive and their service excellent. I would definitely reuse them, and would recommend without hesitation

We were delighted with the quality of service we received from The Glass Balustrade Company. The balustrade around the stairs is the design centre-piece for our flat and the glass balconies look superb. Highly recommended for quality, reliability and customer service.

The Glass Balustrade Company were the only people we could find who had the knowledge, experience and ambition to tackle our project….. to supply and install a frameless balustrade across a landing, up a staircase and around a circular viewing space with a diameter of only 2 metres.  This also meant manufacturing an identically curved steel channel into which the glass panels would slot…oh… and matching the colour of the wall paint.

We were impressed with the care and precision of the initial survey which got our project off to a good start.  The manufacturing process must have gone well because once the installation team were on site everything ran smoothly. You could tell they were skilled and experienced working with steel and glass – both very heavy materials. On top of that, the guys were really nice to have on site and proud of their achievement.

We were so delighted with the finished result that we asked the Glass Balustrade Company to supply and fit 22m of their frameless system externally. This was a more straightforward task and all went smoothly once again.

The Company also gave us a fair price for what is always a comparatively expensive component of any new build.  We’d recommend them without hesitation.
